If you don’t think recent reprehensible & clearly ignorant comments & actions from members of the Congressional GOP affect you - think again. Apparently the majority elected these special folks to create laws & develop policies that affect us all. So if they can’t even sound intelligent in the media, how will they do their jobs intelligently?
Unlike the majority, I prefer to elect leaders who are intelligent, can think & act clearly/ethically/morally & who can actually do the job they were elected to do.
It continues to surprise me that one of the richest, most powerful nations on earth has allowed such ignorant folk to be on the payroll of the hard-working taxpayer.
I wouldn’t buy a house without first making sure I knew everything about it before committing my hard-earned dollars. The same care should be taken when electing officials on the taxpayer’s dime. Shame.
